Vision 360

A CRM that does the work,
not one you have to feed.

Most systems are a filing cabinet you type into. This one has somebody in it. You tell the bot what you want and it books the job, writes the quote, chases the customer and tells you where the money is.

What a “question” means

Every time you ask the bot something — “who hasn’t paid me?”, “book Marcus for Tuesday at ten”, “write this customer back” — that is one question. It does not matter how much work the answer takes; booking a job and looking up a phone number both count as one.

Most people who use it every day land somewhere between forty and a hundred questions a week. If you run out, nothing breaks and nothing is deleted — the bot just tells you, and you can carry on next month or move up.

Want a better bot? That’s the part you buy.

The CRM is the CRM. What changes between these is how much you can ask it, and how good it is at the hard questions. Every plan above already comes with one of them — this is if you want more.

Past what your plan covers

Every plan comes with a monthly allowance. Go over it and you pay for what you actually used — there is no penalty and nothing switches off.

WhatEachWhen it applies
A text$0.03 Sent or received, to one person
An email$0.002 Sent to one person
A minute on the phone$0.05 Calls you make out of the CRM
Another person on the phone system$25 Per month, their own extension

A campaign built for you$250 You describe it, we build the whole thing and set it running

Campaigns you don’t have to build

Tell us what you want to happen — “text everybody who got a quote and never answered” — and we design it, wire it together and price it. You see what it costs before anything goes out, and nothing runs until you say yes. Business and above include campaigns built for you.
