Vision 360 AI (V360), a DBA of Pro Handyman Renovation LLC, provides AI assistant onboarding and related personal and business services. This policy covers information collected through our texting signup and related customer communications.

Information we collect and use

We collect the name, phone number, optional email address and communication preferences you provide, your consent choices, and messages exchanged with our team. We use these to set up and support your requested services, keep your client record accurate, respond to questions, and record your messaging choices. Our CRM stores signup receipts and support conversations. Authorized team members review them; AI tools may assist with onboarding and support.

Mobile information is not sold

We do not sell, rent, or share mobile information or messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Service providers may process information only as needed to operate our messaging, hosting, CRM and support services. We may disclose information when required by law. SMS opt-in data and consent are not transferred for another company's marketing.

Your messaging choices

Entering a phone number alone does not enroll you in texts. Our signup checkbox is optional and unchecked by default. Service texts cover bot setup, account updates and support. Message frequency varies with your requests and setup progress. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Reply STOP to stop texts or HELP for assistance. This signup does not authorize promotional campaigns.

Access, retention and deletion

Access is limited to authorized personnel and service providers supporting the service. We retain records as needed to provide services, document consent and comply with applicable obligations. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion. STOP ends texting; it does not automatically delete your account or historical records. We may retain a minimal suppression record to honor an opt-out.

Connected accounts

Do not send passwords, payment-card details, government identifiers or sensitive health or financial records through this form or SMS. Any email, calendar or other account integration requires a separate authorized connection.
